Delivery information and how to return

Delivery Price List:

The standard delivery offer is valid for deliveries being made to the UK mainland. Any deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Southern Ireland and Europe will carry a surcharge which is clearly detailed at the checkout stage. Please see below postcodes affected by these surcharges.

Scottish Highlands Post Codes Includes:
FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW ALL, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH21-32

Scottish Islands Post Codes Includes:
HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3

Which couriers do you use?
Normally, for items that weigh 50kg or less we use either interlink express or night freight on a next working day service. Orders received by 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders before 2pm on a Friday will arrive the following Monday and orders after 2pm on Fridays will arrive the following Tuesday.

Can I track my order?
You will normally receive an email containing tracking information if your item is being delivered by either interlink express or night freight. If your item is being delivered to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Europe please take into account it can take up to 3 days to arrive.

What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
Goods are covered for loss or damage whilst in transit, however you must inform us of damaged goods within 2 working days of receipt of goods and mark the delivery note as 'Damaged' for this insurance to be valid. In signing for the item you are agreeing that it has arrived successfully and undamaged meaning a later claim will not be considered.

Do I need to assist the delivery driver?
Your item may be delivered by a lone driver and therefore your assistance in unloading the package and moving it to your front door may be necessary.
