We hope the following will answer most of your queries but if there is anything we haven't covered please contact us and we'll Endeavour to answer your question swiftly.
How do I decide which trampoline to buy -
There are a number of factors to consider but mainly what space you have available in the garden, your budget and the older the children (and adults!!) the larger the recommended trampoline to maximize your enjoyment.
Are your trampolines easy to assemble -
Yes. It is advisable for two people to carry out installation due to the bulky nature of the components. Allow about 20 minutes to read the instructions, 20 minutes to erect the trampoline and about 20 minutes to attach the safety enclosure. Don't forget to use the included spring clip tool as it will save a lot of time, struggling and blisters.
What weight will each trampoline take -
Each of our trampolines have been tested and are certificated and suitable for a total user weight of 100kg (approx 16 stone).
Can more than one person use it at the same time -
As long as the weight loading is not exceeded then yes but it would be wrong of us to say this is advisable? Safest Trampolining is with one person at a time and incorporating one of our safety enclosures.
Do I really need a safety enclosure -
Using a safety enclosure will prevent the bouncer accidentally falling off the trampoline bed or jumping off when dismounting. Without the enclosure, an adult supervising is not going to have time to run around the outside of the trampoline to catch a child falling off the opposite side.
Do you hold spare parts in stock -
Yes. Our trampolines come with a lengthy warranty and we know you will enjoy years of hassle free use. On the odd instance you need a replacement part we can help. Please contact us for further assistance.
My garden slopes, can I still use a trampoline on it -
Yes. If the slope is gentle you may not even need to level your trampoline. However, if you do find the bouncer tends to keep jumping towards the lowest end you can recess the highest legs into the ground by digging a thin trench where they touch the floor.
Do I need to pack my trampoline set away in the winter -
No. The trampoline is designed to be durable and can be left out all year round. It is advisable to remove the safety enclosure during the bad weather months but this can be laid on top of the trampoline and the weather cover laid over the top. Why not consider one of our trampoline tents so you can use the trampoline even during the wetter weather.
Do your trampolines have safety certificates -
Yes. All our trampolines hold GS/RWTUV certification, have been cadmium tested and conform to the relevant standard EN71.
What do I need to do to keep my trampoline in tip-top condition -
Following the manufacturer's guidelines will mean your family will enjoy years of use from your trampoline. If over a period of time the springs start to squeak, apply a little petroleum jelly to the spring holes.
Can my child use it safely on their own -
Trampolining is recommended for children of six years upwards and adults. Adult supervision is recommended. Inexperienced trampoliners are also advised not to attempt more advanced moves such as 'flipping' as damage to the head/neck can occur. Perhaps consider joining your local gymnastics club to learn the advanced moves.
