Rebo Trampolines reserve the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer. All orders are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.

Credit and Debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We may submit your orders for further checks to eliminate fraud and safeguard our customers’ transactions. We will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Colour reproduction:

Rebo Trampolines has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.

If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we operate a returns policy (see Returns for more information).

Price information:

Rebo Trampolines has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All prices include VAT where appropriate.

Warranty:

We offer a 28 day warranty against parts (Manufacturing Default) excluding labour and carriage, unless warranty details are provided in the item descriptions. . This warranty shall commence on the date of delivery. This warranty will not cover any loss, damage or injury caused by your neglect, misuse, abuse, wear and tear or accident howsoever arising.
